Read dates and evidence first
Each advisory links its primary source and keeps publication, update and retrieval dates separate. This limited collection includes historical control-review topics. An overdue or failed source check stays visible; absence from the collection is not an all-clear.
Make relevance explicit
Check the service, provider, version and business process with the responsible owner. Select a disposition and record the basis, date and evidence reference. For investigation or remediation, add the next action. Addressed and not-applicable conclusions need evidence.
Keep your free review
Download an editable copy or deliberately send a preview to a free account and save it there. The public tool keeps your working content in memory. Free accounts keep each tool independent.
Connect the firm program
Enabled firm programs show possible word matches against active inventory with an explanation. Reviewers confirm applicability; match suggestions never change a decision. The same saved review supports shared inventory, evidence, risks and actions. Approval does not close remediation.
Choose the right time horizon
Daily source collection is scheduled for 8 a.m. Eastern. Friday rollups cover changes observed from Saturday through that Friday's collection; the 1st publishes the previous calendar month. Weekly and monthly views show the latest completed rollup, or an in-progress view until the first close. Initial collection looks back 30 days; missing and partial days remain visible. Published editions are downloadable and preserved. This server schedule runs independently of a personal ChatGPT task.
Separate collection from analysis
CISA's official KEV mirror supplies catalog additions and changes. FBI IC3 and SEC RSS provide primary-source headlines; a topic filter narrows SEC announcements. Automatically collected bulletins are labeled and are not editorially assessed. Read the full primary source before deciding. Curated guidance below the live editions has its own source-check dates. Public source collection sends no firm information to publishers. A firm's approval checks a saved source copy against the published version.
Source & applicability
PRODUCT-THREAT — Threat briefing sources and method
Source-checked summaries with stable advisory editions, separate publication and retrieval dates, uncertainty, suggested RIA relevance and verification steps. A limited collection, not live monitoring or regulatory interpretation. Relevance and suggested actions are product-authored. Inventory word matches do not prove vulnerability or compromise.
SEC-registered and state-registered firms may have different obligations. Have the appropriate professionals review what applies to your firm. No regulatory determination is made here.
