Tool inputs stay in the browser tab

The three tools process entered data locally. There are no tool-data API endpoints, AI calls, analytics collection, session replay or automatic content storage. We do not automatically upload projects or connect to your accounts.

Imports use the browser’s file reader for project JSON only. They are not uploaded. Refreshing, closing the tab or navigating away can discard work. Your device, browser extensions and browser recovery features are outside this application’s control.

Files you choose to keep

CSV, calendar, Markdown and JSON exports create downloads on your device. Print / Save as PDF opens a local document in a new tab. Store and share these files according to your firm’s policies. A full tabletop JSON file contains facilitator notes; use the participant pack when those should be excluded.

Preferences & website delivery

Only an explicit appearance preference is stored in browser localStorage under this product’s own key. Choosing System removes it. No tool content is stored there. The website host necessarily handles connection information such as IP address and requested public URL to deliver the site and may keep operational logs. Tool inputs are not placed in URLs, page metadata or application logs.

This website is hosted by Vercel. Protected preview versions may require sign-in. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its handling of website delivery information.

Optional services

Email signup is not enabled and this release collects no email addresses. There is no newsletter form, mailing provider request or marketing consent bundled into downloads. If this changes, this notice and the opt-in workflow must change before collection begins.

Links to RIA Monitor and reference sources are ordinary links. Opening them visits a separate site with its own policies. Private tool inputs and project files are not passed along.
